The single form of export or domestic market has some limitations on the market development.once the market is fluctuation,and the industry chain is vulnerable to the impact.In addition, although 60% of the shoe factories have only a single shoe trade,they also impacted by the financial crisis,daring not take the order.It is normal to see they can't get the money back.Especially the ruble crisis of Russia had a great impact on the Chengdu shoe factories .
